Discrimination is devastating and is sometimes deeply hidden in simple landlord tenant issues. The majority of clients are very low income, requiring education and a triage approach for resolving and uncovering housing discrimination. We provide housing counseling so that everyone has a voice and everyone is heard. The following statistics illustrates the 2011-2012 numbers for direct services, education and outreach:
